Welcome to IQ Learn Online!

IQ Learn Online offers high quality online professional development courses to support and enhance effective educational leadership and improved teaching and learning. Courses address needs that are identified by teachers, administrators, school leaders and credentialing authorities such as the Alabama State Department of Education and the Alabama Department of Human Resources.

PLU courses are reviewed and approved by the Alabama Council for Leadership Development (ACLD) to provide the professional learning units that are needed to maintain Alabama professional educator licenses. Courses introduce new and emerging digital resources that improve student learning, strengthen communications among families and community stakeholders, and motivate, inspire and enhance instruction and leadership. Each IQ Learn Online course reflects the best practices in effective professional development and online learning.

Whether you are a public, private or home school teacher, early childhood educator, administrator, parent or community member, you will gain skill in the use of technology as well as discipline-specific knowledge that you can immediately use with students.
